An HR professional, career counselor and labor market trainer, Dobrosława Choryńska-Chyży specializes in planning and developing professional growth and training plans and shaping career development. She provides advice on planning and structuring career paths, while also analyzing one’s predispositions and professional potential.
She has lent her experience as a consultant in HR in such areas as recruitment and development and as an assessor in AC/DC processes. For the past 10 years, she has been working as a trainer and career counselor with NGOs, as well as commercial and educational organizations. Since 2015, she has been working with the National Institute of Music and Dance in the area of career transition for professional dancers. Currently, she is in charge of the Academic Career Office at Collegium Civitas and serves as a Representative for Persons with Disabilities. She also conducts classes for students in career planning. She is a graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, WSB University and the Łukaszewski School. A Certified coach and licensed trainer of the “Parachute” program for job seekers and those planning a career transition, she is passionate a passionate ballroom and tango dancer.
