Jerzy Gęsikowski is a soloist of the Grand Theatre in Łódź. He graduated from the State Ballet School in Bytom in 1987. In 1996 he became a soloist of the Łódź ballet. With the company he has created excellent roles as Hilarion in Giselle; Franz Friend in Coppélia; Minister Praw in King Matt the First; Duch Ojca Hamleta in Tryptyk baletowy; Amintas inSylvia, ou La nymphe de Diane; Ojciec Zosi, Mendelsohn, and Fabrykant in The Promised Land; Stepsister in Cinderella, and soloist in Spanish Dance in Swan Lake.
