Małgorzata Lipczyńskais an actress, dancer and promoter of culture. She is a founding-member of the CHOREA Theatre Association. Previously, she was a dancer with Tańce Labiryntu. Since August 2012 she is a member of the KIJO Group.
In 2006-2008 Lipczyńska was an instructor of plasticity of movement at WTZ “Teatroterapia” affiliated with the Juliusz Osterwa Theatre in Lublin (she collaborated on the choreography for Isadora. Opowieść o kobiecie – Isadora: Tale of a Woman).
In 2004-2012 she performed in Tezeusz w labiryncie(Theseus in the Labirynth) directed by Dorota Porowska and Elżbieta Rojek;Antygona(Antigone) directed by D. Porowska;a series of pieces directed by Tomasz Rodowicz, including Po Ptakach (After the Birds),Gry (w) pana Cogito (Playing Mr Cogito),Śpiewy Eurypidesa (Songs of Eurypides), Grotowski – próba odwrotu (Grotowski – an attempt to…),Piaskiem w oczy(inspired by Samuel Beckett’s Endgame);maProject, an international dance project based in Vilnus, directed by Liat Magnezy;Bachantki, a choreography by R.Hayden, directed by T. Rodowicz;Taniec Lasu(Dance of the Forest), butoh with Kan Katsura; Antigone at Teatr Kana an Teatr Brama; Kukła – Kantor/ RE/MIXby P.Passini and neTTheatre; TOV(directed by Rosanna Gamson).
In the autumn of 2011 Lipczyńska showed her monodrama napewnomoże (forsuremaybe) based on the writings of Romanian author Aglaja Veteranyi.
In December 2011 she participated as dance instructor in ORATORIUM DANCE PROJEKT, working with a 100-strong group of young people and the orchestra and choir of the Lodz Philharmonic. The project was awarded “Energia kultury” and “Złota Maska”.
