The Polish Dance Theatre is celebrating its jubilee. The 40th anniversary of the Theatre is a unique opportunity to look at the history of dance development in Poland. On this occasion, we are happy to invite you to the event Conrad Drzewiecki – in memoriam. Artists yesterday and today(16-th of October, Poznań International Fair Hall No. 2 ul. Głogowska 14), which opens the project 10 x 4 = (XL). The Polish Dance Theatre yesterday and today. The announced Audio-video-performance will combine archival material (photos, films) with re-interpreted live performances by artists of PTT and guests who used to collaborate with the Theatre.
The October event will start with the latest performance by PTT: The Unknown – Niewiadoma (choreography by Paweł Malicki). The audience of “audio–video–performance” will have an unusual opportunity to confront the history of the oldest and so far the biggest dance theatre ensemble in Poland with the contemporary piece by PTT. The invited guest include: Roma Juszkat, Krystyna Kostrzemska, Andrzej Wituski and Przemysław Śliwa.
