On Friday, 25 November 2016 (7 pm), the Caro Dance Theatre led by Maciej Kuźmiński will present the premiere of Archipelago at the Centre for Culture and Art in Siedlce (City of Siedlce Theatre Stage, ul. Biskupa Ignacego Świrskiego 31). The show has been choreographed by Maciej Kuźmiński.
About the piece:
The latest work by Maciej Kuźmiński and the Caro Dance Theatre is a kaleidoscope of images and memories, capturing a human being in a surreal space, where time is non-linear. The recurring and seemingly disconnected scenes reflect the contemporary, fragmented world, where actual and virtual images blur beyond recognition. Resulting is a portrait of five individuals, each having own story and desires, suspended in constant motion. They become a part of an archipelago of memories, which gradually envelops the audience with an unforgettable strength of imagery.
