Bartłomiej Raźnikiewicz– a graduate of the School of Arts and Journalism in Poznań. Before entering the Feliks Parnell Secondary Ballet School, he developed his passion for dance in folk and ballroom dance groups. In 1996 he did a summer internship in Boris Eifman’s Theatre in St. Petersburg. He took part in numerous dance workshops, including International Contemporary Dance Workshops in Poznań and workshops of GaGa technique run by Yoshifumi Inao and Noa Paran from Batsheva Dance Company. In the season 1997/1998 he worked in the Grand Theatre in Łódź; then he joined Musical Weber Gala – Europa Tour for two years.

Since 2001 he has worked in the Polish Dance Theatre, currently he is a soloist; he has also run courses at the Open Classes and International Workshop of Contemporary Dance. He practices Eastern arts: kyokushinkai, tai-chi and yoga.

In 2008 he created his debut performance spektakl IXXI – La Lotta Continua as part of the Atelier of the Polish Dance Theatre. He has danced, among others, in: Minus 2 (choreography by Ohad Naharin), It’s already dusk, Carpe Diem, Meetings in two unfulfilled acts, B@ttle Between Carnival And Lent, FootBall@… (choreography by Ewa Wycichowska), Summer – Red Sun (choreography by Thierry Verger), Wo-man in tomatoes (choreography by Yossi Berg) and Autumn-Nuembir (choreography by Jacek Przybyłowicz).
