Edyta Wasłowska – Polish dancer, choreographer, ballerina and ballet manager.

Between 1983 and 2002, she was a ballet soloist at the Teatr Wielki (Grand Theatre) in Łódź. In 2002, she became a prima ballerina, a title that she carried until the end of her artistic career of a performer in 2006. From 2006 to 2008, she was a ballet manager at the Teatr Wielki in Łódź. She is in charge of initiating choreographic cooperation with art schools and drama theatres.

In 1995,  Edyta Wałowska appeared in a film titled Gdzie jest Hosi? directed by T. Junak.

Edyta Wasłowska first worked as assistant choreographer in 1996, with A. Fodor on the production of Carmina Burana, in which she also danced the solo role. She also worked as assistant choreographer in the following productions: Requiem (choreographed by A. Fodor), Aida (choreographed by A. Fodor), The Revenge of the Bat (choreographed by A. Stanisławska), Giuseppe! (choreographed by G. Madia, D. Ciavatti, I. Cavallari, J. Heckmann), Halka (choreographed by J. Niesobska, H. Rutkowski), Transfigured Night (choreographed by M. Munso), The Rite of Spring (choreographed by E. Wycichowska), Bric-a-brac (choreographed by R. Komassa), Giselle (choreographed by R. Strajner), Kobro (choreographed by G. Veredon), Kolor ŻÓŁTY (choreographed by G. Veredon), Adriana Lecouvreur (choreographed by S. Woźniak), Sleeping Beauty (choreographed by G. Madia), Cinderella (choreographed by G. Madia), The Nutcracker (choreographed by G. Madia) and The Magic Flute (choreographed by J. Niesobska).

Edyta Wasłowska was the choreographer of Krakowiacy i Górale (Teatr Wielki in Łódź, 2006), Julius Caesar (Teatr Wielki in Łódź, 2009), Wedding (Teatr Studyjny PWSFTviT in Łódź, 2014), Cabaret (Teatr Powszechny im. J. Kochanowskiego in Radom, 2015), Bobok (Teatr Powszechny im. J. Kochanowskiego in Radom, 2016), Man of La Mancha (Teatr Powszechny im. J. Kochanowskiego in Radom, 2017), Ślubu nie będzie (Teatr Nowy im. Kazimierza Dejmka in Łódź, 2018), Sexy Laundry (Teatr Nowy im. Kazimierza Dejmka in Łódź, 2018) and To się u nas nie może wydarzyć (Teatr Studyjny PWSFTviT in Łódź, 2021).

In 2004, on International Dance Day, Edyta Wasłowska received the highest award from the Dance Section of the ZASP Union of Polish Stage Artists Warsaw – the Terpsichore Statuette. In the same year, she was also awarded the Golden Mask for her dance-acting creation in Wolfgang Amadeus (choreographed by G. Veredon) at the Teatr Wielki in Łódź as well as the Marshal of Łódzkie Voivodeship Award for her artistic achievements in the 2003/04 season. In 2009, she received the Golden Mask award for her dance-acting creation in the opera Der Freischütz (The Marksman).
