Wiktor Dawydiuk – a soloist of the Grand Theatre in Poznań. He graduated from the Secondary Ballet School in Kharkiv and Byelorussian Secondary School of Choreography. He studied with Azimov Uran. Already as a ballet student he made a huge success in concerts and competitions for young dancers. He won 2nd prize of the Serge Lifar International Ballet Competition in Kiev (Ukraine, 2006) and 3rd prize of the International Ballet Competition in Sochi (Russia, 2006). In August 2007 he was engaged as a ballet soloist at the Baltic Opera in Gdańsk. Six months later he moved to Poznań to work also as a ballet soloist. His dance is marked by elegance and precision; he has great jumping and acting abilities. He plays many leading parts in the repertoire of the group: Prince inThe Nutcracker , Footman in Swan Lake, James wThe Sylph, Danceny wThe Dangerous Liaisonsand solo parts in contemporary choreographies.
