Zuna Vesan Kozankova Zuna has danced all her life and dance is manifestation of her Taoist soul. She graduated from the Dance Conservatory and the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. She took numerous courses and workshops in Europe and Asia. She collaborates with Slovak and foreign choreographers. Recently she was particularly engaged in studies of traditional Chinese medicine, Taoist gongs. She works intensively with her husband Milan Kozanek (also dancer and choreographer) in the field of choreography; they explore together the field of movement pedagogy.

After twenty years of dance practice abroad and teaching of movement techniques, Zuna developed and reinforced her own style of dance. As a teacher she combines deep knowledge of body consciousness, contact improvisation, anatomy, issues of spiral dynamics of movement and basics of Taoism, to enrich students with new physical experiences and develop their kinetic intelligence.

Zuna worked as a teacher and choreographer with professional dance groups in Bratislava, Salzburg, Vienna, Freiburg, Leeds and Bangkok and gave dance classes in many countries.
