DanceLab presents Anonymous, a choreography by Małgorzata Mielech, at the Emerge Festival in London, UK.
The festival was launched in 2012; in 2013 it showcased ten new dance works, over two weeks, choreographed by some of the most exciting, up and coming choreographers in dance. Many went on to perform at professional festivals and theatres across the UK after been seen at this festival and some went on to get Arts Council funding. The platform is one of the most unique choreographic opportunities available in the UK. In 2014, the festival has grown to 3 weeks. Each week sees five choreographers showcasing their act five nights in a row. Małgorzata Mielech’s piece will be featured on 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 November at The Space.The multidimensional piece fuses street art, dance, live electronic music, and mapping.
