The Institute of Music and Dance invites for a special workshop that will be held within the framework of the Polish Dance Platform 2019. In the workshop, the participants will learn how to create their professional image.
The workshop organisers invite dancers, performers and all those involved in dance who want to discover their diverse talents and increase the ability to present them. In the workshop, we will learn how to discover our skills and name them, and how to talk about our competences. Each participant will have an opportunity to get feedback on how they are being perceived.
The workshop will be led by Ewa Warchoł ? a professional counsellor and coach, who cooperates with the Institute of Music and Dance in the Career Transition Program for Dancers.
The workshop will be held on 5 September at 1-3 pm in the Baltic Opera foyer.
If you are interested, please send an application with your name and surname to the following address: email@example.com
Participation in the workshop will be confirmed via e-mail no later than 28 August 2019. If the workshop is not fully booked, then also those who have not signed up will also be able to join, as long as they arrive before the workshop starts.
The Polish Dance Platform 2019 will also encompass a special meeting devoted to career transition for dancers, entitled (New) Work in Progress ? professional speed dating. The professional counselling will consist of several-minute talks with dancers who have completed the career transition process and who are successfully fulfilled in their new job. Additionally, the participants will have an opportunity to talk with the coordinators of the Career Transition Program for Dancers. We guarantee a fruitful exchange of experiences and contacts, an opportunity to develop professional passions and create new initiatives.
