Poznań/Programme # you are not indifferent to me – episode 04: #The Norm Pitfall

In the fourth episode of the #you are not indifferent to me programme, entitled #TheNormPitfall, The Zamek Culture Centre continues with the presentations of original forms of the engaging theatre. This time, the audience are going to see the performance Disabled Theater by Jérôme Bel / Theater HORA, accompanied by a series of contextual and educational events. Disabled Theater is the outcome of collaboration of the French choreographer Jérôme Bel with the artists of the Zurich-based Theater HORA, a professional theatre company comprising actors with mental disabilities. A similar strategy was employed by Artur Żmijewski in his video works entitled Singing Lesson and Singing Lesson 2, which will be shown as part of the contextual events series.Those who wish to find out more about the creative strategies of the presented artists may join us for a lecture devoted to their work, conducted by Joanna Warsza. Moreover, just as during the previous episodes of #you are not indifferent to me, the audience will have the opportunity to see the programme’s accompanying installation This is exchange by Tino Sehgal, the winner of this year’s Golden Lion at the Venice Biennale.
