Body/Mind Foundation (president: Edyta Kozak, vice-president: Katarzyna Orzeszek-Koroblewska) is an organization in the field of contemporary dance. It attempts to create professional conditions for its existence, development and promotion, as well as to stimulate dialogue between the artist and the audience, presenting the latest trends to the audience. Its aim is to integrate Polish (in most cases independent) and foreign dance artists and provide them with space for workshops, experiments, debuts and premieres. Apart from organizing international festivals, conferences and workshops, the foundation promotes Polish artists abroad. The Foundation’s projects include an international conference Exchange/Change on structural and financial mesaures to support dance in Europe, Warsaw Dance Night (2008, 2009), Go! Go! Dance! (2009, 2010), a premiere of Edyta Kozak’s solo performance and coproduction of various premieres of Polish artists.
